We use a design thinking process that uses critical thinking and reflective practice. It has four stages: Discovery, Definition, Development and Delivery. The value of this process is that it is not linear and forces us to go back and forth between stages for a deeper understanding and to reduce the chance of failure.
Discover
It consists of understanding and learning deeply instead of assuming what the problem is.
Define
We collect the data from the first stage and start come up with ideas based on that.
Design
We design the solution to the problem defined in the first and second stage.
Deliver
We try different solutions, reject those ones that don't work, and improve the ones that do.
